Assembly Operator
Summary Of Duties
Position Purpose: The Assembly Operator is responsible for supporting efficient product assembly by following
standard procedures, using basic tools, and meeting quality and safety standards while contributing to team production
goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, and accurately follow Assembly Work Instructions (AWI)
- Set up work cells as required, operate assembly equipment, and perform visual, in-process, and final inspections of parts according to quality criteria
- Maintain appropriate cycle times to meet production schedules and on-time customer delivery
- Inspect finished products for defects and verify compliance with specifications
- Accurately document production output and quality results
- Follow all packaging and labeling procedures in accordance with AWI
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Ensure an adequate supply of packaging materials for current jobs and the following shift
- Communicate job status clearly with previous and next shifts
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications / Skills & Competencies / Physical Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic communication and math skills

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
