Molding Operator
Position Type: Full-time
Summary Of Duties
Position Purpose: The Injection Molding Operator is responsible for running and monitoring molding machines to
produce high-quality parts. This role includes inspecting products for quality, following work instructions, and helping
maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, and accurately follow Molding Work Instructions (MWI)
- Set up work cells as required, operate molding equipment, and perform visual, in-process, and final inspections of parts according to quality criteria
- Maintain appropriate cycle times to meet production schedules and on-time customer delivery
- Inspect finished products for defects and verify compliance with specifications
- Accurately document production output and quality results using the ERP system
- Follow all packaging and labeling procedures in accordance with MWI
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Ensure an adequate supply of packaging materials for current jobs and the following shift
- Communicate job status clearly with previous and next shifts
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications / Skill and Competencies / Physical Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic communication and math skills
- Basic computer proficiency

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
